I read all about how in your apartment building you successfully seduced the guy downstairs, you go girl! Oh, the perks of having an attractive guy living downstairs, with sex on tap. When I have my own apartment I can only hope for this situation, it sounds ideal, no ties to the guy just mind blowing sex, because of course, it would be too good to be true if the guy was perfect and wanted a full on relationship.

Thanks for the support…. You’ll be happy to know, the seduction continues. I booted him out of my bed this morning…his birthday….a ripe age of 32 and he still can’t get enough =)
